About the Role

This is a challenging position that requires creating insightful reports to transform assessment data into actionable intelligence. The ideal candidate will work with data from various sources, including Talogy's Talent Measurement platform, to design and build solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Solution Design - Understand business requirements, design and implement data-driven solutions that drive results.
  • Technical Architecture - Capable of architecture, design and implementing warehouse and reporting solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
  • Extract and consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified view to inform business decisions.
  • Set up dashboards and reports in data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
  • Build resilient, reliable, secure and cost-effective solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate as part of an agile team to design, develop, and maintain software applications.
  • Design and implement repeatable data pull requests and execute ad-hoc requests as needed.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or relevant work experience.
  • At least 10 years of strong experience with SQL Servers and relational databases.
  • Strong experience with querying and optimizing complex data sets to achieve optimal performance.
  • Expert-level skills in data engineering and data visualization to create impactful reports.
