About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Data Management Director to join our team. This position will oversee data management activities, timelines, and project finances within the Allucent Data Management department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical data management and experience leading projects from start to finish.
Job Description
The Clinical Data Management Director will be responsible for managing and coordinating DM deliverables, ensuring that clinical data meets quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key tasks include leading cross-functional initiatives, developing departmental processes, and training staff. The role also involves providing leadership and subject matter expertise in relevant data management areas. In this position, you will lead internal meetings with internal team members and external meetings with sponsors, including kick-off meetings and investigator meetings. Additionally, you will interact, negotiate, and influence internal and external team members in a professional manner, ensuring effective and efficient resource utilization across projects and programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess a life science or healthcare degree, combined with at least 12 years of experience in clinical data management or related experience within biometrics. A minimum of 4 years of experience at Project Data Manager level is required, along with knowledge and understanding of ICH-GCP, 21CFR11 data privacy guidelines, and local/regional requirements. You should also have good written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. Representative, outgoing, and client-focused, you should be able to work in a fast-paced challenging environment and have proficiency with various computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
