Haleon is seeking a highly experienced SAP Finance expert to lead our ERP CoE model. As a key member of our CTO organization, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying complex SAP Finance Planning and Consolidation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement SAP Finance Planning and Consolidation solutions for Finance Planning & Consolidation for Healthcare or Consumer Goods industries.
- Work with Finance users' communities globally to guide and advise on the delivery of SAP changes for Finance Consolidation.
- Lead large, complex cross-functional teams and build relationships across different stakeholders and functional groups.
- Manage a team of 15+ Partner resources in a CoE model, including forecasting effort, budget management, demand pipeline management, Project Delivery leadership, and Quality of Delivery.
Requirements
- 17+ years of relevant experience in SAP consulting with deep expertise in SAP BFC, BPC, Group Reporting, and Planning modules.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in IT Project management with specific focus on managing outsourced Tech Partner teams in delivering SAP Finance Projects.
- Certifications in SAP FICO in SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BFC, SAP BPC, SAP BW-IP.
