Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our AI team as a Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities:
  • Optimize Diffusion Models for Improved Generative Capabilities:
  • Develop and fine-tune Diffusion models at scale to enhance their performance and versatility in generative tasks.
  • Align Multi-modal Data:
  • Work on integrating multi-modal data such as text, images, and other forms seamlessly within generative tasks.
  • Fine-tune LLMs with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback:
  • Apply RLHF to fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific tasks or domains, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Design and Implement Sparse Attention Mechanisms:
  • Enhance the efficiency and scalability of generative models by designing and implementing Sparse Attention Mechanisms.
  • Train Foundational Models:
  • Lead efforts in training foundational models from scratch, focusing on improving the model's performance and capabilities.
  • Manipulate Latent Space:
  • Work on manipulating latent space to ensure flexibility and control over model outputs.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in software development with a strong focus on Generative AI applications.
  • Proven expertise in Diffusion Models, LLM Fine-tuning, Sparse Attention Mechanisms, and Reinforcement Learning.
  • Experience in training foundational models from scratch and handling latent space manipulation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools.
  • Expertise in scalable AI systems for large data sets.
  • Ability to collaborate with research teams and stakeholders to drive innovation in Generative AI solutions.
