Job Opportunity: Expert Content Evaluators

Overview:

We are seeking skilled professionals to work with our team of AI researchers and engineers. As an expert content evaluator, you will be responsible for collaborating with our team to understand data collection and evaluation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to understand data collection/evaluation requirements.
  • Develop detailed workflows from high-level requirements and communicate them to the team.
  • Execute tasks on data collection & evaluation workflows with minimal supervision.
  • Innovate on data collection workflows to determine efficient methods of achieving researcher/engineer goals.
  • Collaborate with peers & cross-functional stakeholders to maximize data throughput with highest quality.
  • Conduct in-depth research using LLM models to gather reliable information.
  • Evaluate content and provide feedback to ensure high quality and informativeness.
  • Verify factual integrity of content, ensuring accuracy and mitigating misinformation risk.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional reading and writing proficiency in target language, including mastery of grammar, syntax, style, and ability to produce clear, concise content.
  • Strong research and fact-checking skills, including ability to conduct research, identify credible sources, and verify information for accuracy.
  • Attention to detail, precision in language, accuracy in data presentation, and thorough proofreading to deliver polished, error-free work.
  • Effective communication skills, including ability to articulate ideas clearly, actively listen, collaborate effectively with teams, and convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Foundational understanding of AI principles, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and how LLMs work, including their capabilities and limitations.
  • Prompt review skills, including ability to identify characteristics of effective prompts that generate desired outputs from LLM models.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, including experience using AI writing assistants and platforms to generate, refine, and optimize content.
  • Ethical awareness, including understanding potential biases in AI systems and promoting responsible use.
  • Data literacy, including ability to work with data, including understanding data collection, preparation, cleaning, and transformation for LLM training.
