Role Overview:

We're a rapidly growing startup revolutionizing the food ordering experience. Our mission is to deliver seamless catering solutions for various occasions, from intimate gatherings to corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design user interfaces across our consumer app, web checkout, and vendor/ops dashboards to create effortless and trustworthy experiences.
  • Translate problems into clear flows, wireframes, and final UI with clarity and craftsmanship.
  • Define and polish all states (empty, loading, error) to ensure nothing feels broken.
  • Maintain a lean Design System ensuring consistency without slowing creativity.
  • Partner closely with Product & Engineering to bring designs to life without overcomplication.
  • Review live builds to ensure the shipped product matches design intent.
  • Leverage AI-assisted workflows to reduce busywork and focus on high-value design.
Requirements:
  • 3–8+ years of product design experience with shipped B2C products.
  • A portfolio showcasing real problem-solving skills, not just polished visuals.
  • Proficiency in Figma and a strong sense of structure, clarity, and hierarchy.
  • The ability to communicate decisions clearly and work efficiently without overthinking.
  • Awareness of accessibility and creating designs that feel effortless for everyone.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate design and reduce repetitive work.
  • Background in marketplaces, food-tech, logistics, or SaaS dashboards.
  • Familiarity with motion basics (micro-animations, transitions) that add delight without slowing performance.
