Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description

As a Digital Storyteller, you will be responsible for crafting engaging narratives that captivate our audience across multiple platforms. You will lead the development of content calendars, overseeing the creation of Reels, Shorts, lifestyle campaigns, and influencer collaborations that align with our brand's visual identity and voice.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design campaigns that drive both engagement and sales. Your expertise in analyzing performance data and tracking KPIs will enable you to refine strategies for growth and optimize our social media presence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing monthly content calendars across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and Email newsletters.
  • Overseeing the production of high-quality content that meets brand standards.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create cohesive campaigns that inspire, engage, and convert.
  • Analyzing performance data to inform future strategy and optimize results.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Digital Storyteller with:

  • 5-7 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fashion/lifestyle brands.
  • A strong eye for visuals and trends in short-form content.
  • Experience leading campaigns that drive both engagement and sales.
  • Excellent organizational, collaboration, and project management skills.
