Global Operations Lead

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the execution of external audit engagements for various clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large, medium-scale multi-location assignments with ease.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business development opportunities and expanding the client base by growing current client portfolios. They will also prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity effectively.

In addition, the Global Operations Lead will understand Firm's Quality and Risk Management procedures to ensure compliance. They will lead and motivate a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, and Audit Assistants to deliver high-quality work.

The ideal candidate will also assist in career development of team members and collaborate with other managers to deploy audit staff appropriately. They will establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, adapting to changing work environments at different clients/locations.

Maintenance of excellent communication skills and ability to travel frequently is necessary. Strong coordination skills for international teams across time zones are required as well.
