Job Title: AI Developer

About the Role

We are creating cutting-edge, automated solutions for compliance-driven business processes. As an AI Developer, you will collaborate with domain experts to transform rules and manual steps into scalable AI-driven automation on Databricks and Azure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy automated workflows for regulatory processes (ingestion → transformation → decisioning).
  • Create data pipelines and decisions using LangChain/AutoGen orchestration.
  • Implement risk analysis for compliance and cost assessments.
  • Leverage Databricks for large-scale workflows and monitoring.
  • Productionize solutions with CI/CD; containerize using Docker/Kubernetes on Azure.
Requirements
  • Strong Python skills, Prompt Engineering, LangChain / AutoGen.
  • Databricks expertise: notebooks, pipelines, DLT, jobs, monitoring.
  • Familiarity with regulatory data and workflows.
  • CI/CD, Docker/K8s, cloud deployment.

This is a challenging role that requires strong problem-solving skills and effective stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and deploying automated workflows, creating data pipelines, and implementing risk analysis. Strong Python skills and familiarity with regulatory data and workflows are essential.

The successful candidate will be able to work closely with domain experts to translate rules and manual steps into scalable AI-driven automation. They will also be responsible for leveraging Databricks for large-scale workflows and monitoring, as well as productionizing solutions with CI/CD.
