Job Title: Visualization Designer

We are looking for an experienced Visualization Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual communication design, industrial design, film and video design, or related streams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality visualization designs that meet the needs of our clients
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visualization design
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop innovative solutions
  • Present designs to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Visual Communication Design, Industrial Design, Film & Video Design, Gaming Design, or related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in handling visualization and motion design responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of mobility design and storyboarding, visual assets - production processes
  • Excellent mastery of visualization design tools and methodologies (Unreal, VRED, Blender, Substance, Adobe suite post-production tools)
  • Exceptional level of fresh ideation, storyboarding, post-production, and presentation skills
  • Strong workload management experience with skills in Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel) + design presentation techniques
  • Professional team leadership and mentorship experience with OEM studios from automotive, mobility, or aerospace industries
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of industrial environment and associated technical and economic issues
  • Flexibility to work on multiple projects with varied work scope
  • Experience ensuring design deliverables meet required quality standards
  • A portfolio/work samples demonstrating studio engineering experience is essential to apply for this position
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Desirable prior experience in automobile, mobility, or rail/transportation industry
