Job Title: Fabric Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Solutions Architect to lead our data engineering team in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 9-12 years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and at least 1 year in MS Fabric client implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions, including integration with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services.

  • Lead a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts in delivering scalable and secure data solutions.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements.

  • Define and implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies leveraging Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics.

  • Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric.

  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake).

  • 5+ years' experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse).
