Relationship Development Manager for Small to Medium Enterprises

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Development Manager to join our Institutional Banking Group, specifically focusing on the Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with SME clients, providing them with tailored banking solutions that meet their unique needs.

About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and market insights, driving innovation and excellence in customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions and enhance client value proposition.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the SME segment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
