The individual in this role will be responsible for initiating site surveys, formalizing site survey reports according to standard formats, and conducting meetings with landlords to understand deliverables and services infrastructure.

Additionally, the person will need to validate test fits by coordinating with cross-functional teams to obtain sign-offs, review schematic designs considering site conditions and services infrastructure, and incorporate necessary approvals.

They will also be responsible for reviewing DD drawings, ensuring all detailing required for formulating bills of quantities is incorporated, suggesting value engineering options, finalizing financial control statements, and helping project sourcing formulate BOI trackers.

Construction documentation will involve formalizing final services drawings, incorporating comments from design teams, coordinating with quantity surveyors, and assisting project finance in closing out commercials to ensure they are within approved budgets.

Execution deliverables will include initiating kick-off meetings, supervising construction day-to-day activities, reviewing project timelines, reviewing project BOIs on a weekly basis, and circulating weekly progress reports to stakeholders.

Other responsibilities will include attending weekly store development calls, reviewing project overall progress, detailing, and finishes approvals with design teams, inspecting loose furniture, facilitating equipment installation, coordinating with external vendors, setting up stores, and conducting walk-throughs with operation teams.

Finally, the individual in this role will attend punch lists and finalize handovers of stores to operations including official handover documents.
