Job Title: IT Specialist

Overview: As an IT Specialist at Almighty HRD Consultants, you will play a crucial role in reviewing KPIs and ensuring goal cascading is done for the entire team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing the KPI scores of IT Head and First Level HODs and provide feedback to the Management.
  • Conducting a thorough analysis of the existing IT Systems and Infrastructure and reporting to Management on changes required.
  • Participating in the interview panel and providing feedback to identify correct talents for the IT department.
  • Reviewing the existing strength of the IT department and providing feedback to Management in terms of optimization or absorption of new technical talents based on Business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Technical and Functional exposure to Microsoft D-365 ERP, AX 2009 / 2012, ASP.NET, and API Integration is mandatory for this role.
  • 20+ Years of Experience in a similar role.

Reporting Structure: This role will be engaged based on a need-basis and will report directly to the Managing Director.

Engagement Pattern: Will be engaged based on need basis. Need not required to be present regularly. Engagement Fee will be fixed based on the number of visits and contribution.
