The role involves:

Brand Voice & Storytelling

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels, ensuring tone and style consistency.
  • Create communication guidelines to ensure seamless collaboration between teams and platforms.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Conceptualize and execute cohesive campaigns that reinforce our positioning as a go-to destination for curated, modern Indian fashion.
  • Align campaigns with product drops, festivals, collaborations, and brand initiatives.

Content Creation & Design

  • Design and deliver high-quality digital communication assets, including static creatives, Reels, Stories, GIFs, emailers, and website banners.
  • Be comfortable being in front of the camera to model and create engaging content, as well as serve as the face of the brand for specific campaigns.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of visual content, ensuring brand aesthetics are maintained.

Digital Engagement & Community

  • Manage day-to-day digital communication across platforms to ensure timely, engaging, and relevant messaging.
  • Support growth and engagement by producing creative content that drives conversations, shares, and saves.

Innovation & Trendspotting

  • Stay updated on digital communication trends, platform updates, and content formats.
  • Introduce new ideas for storytelling and brand expression that resonate with our evolving audience.
