Job Role: Sales Deputy

A Sales Deputy is responsible for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the Business Manager. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of grooming, adhere to established enquiry management and booking processes, and handle customer inquiries through various channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as specified by the Business Manager
  • Maintain high standards of grooming in accordance with company standards
  • Adhere to established enquiry management and booking processes
  • Handle customer inquiries through walk-ins, telephone, email, city PSA, and travel agents
  • Provide customers with detailed product information and costs
  • BUILD strong relationships with city PSAs and TAs
  • Ensure timely query resolution as per company standards
  • Initiate telesales calls for follow-ups and closure of sales bookings
  • Coordinate with service teams for post-sale activities
  • Prepare and maintain daily sales reports
  • Maintain customer enquiries in a database for future follow-ups and regular email updates on new offers
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction during interactions
  • Adhere to company policies and systems
  • Minimize financial losses through effective cancellation of liabilities and timely collections
  • Reduce business risk exposure by conducting thorough due diligence
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements
  • Drive sales growth through incentive programs to motivate sellers and improve productivity
  • Analyze market trends and gain competition insights to adjust plans and strategy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in B2C Travel Sales
  • FIT and GIT knowledge for international and domestic markets
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in team handling
  • Knowledge of the local market
