Job Title: Automation Selenium Framework Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Automation Selenium Framework Developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building, maintaining, and enhancing automated testing frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and related technologies.

This role involves collaborating closely with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions across multiple environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining robust Selenium automation frameworks for web applications.
  • Creating and executing automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.
  • Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
  • Developing data-driven, hybrid, or BDD frameworks using TestNG, Cucumber, or JUnit.
  • Performing cross-browser testing and ensuring compatibility across different environments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, defect identification, and problem resolution.
  • Analyzing and debugging test failures, generating detailed reports, and maintaining test documentation.
  • Leading efforts in improving test automation processes and best practices.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends and tools in test automation and software quality assurance.

The successful candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing automation frameworks (BDD, data-driven, hybrid).
  • Experience with API automation testing tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Git.
  • Proficient with test management and reporting tools like TestNG, Allure, or Extent Reports.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
