Job Title: Junior Social Media Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to manage our social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content ideas, optimizing content, and enhancing engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Content Across Platforms: Create and curate high-quality content for our social media channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Spot Trends and Adapt Them: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and adapt them into engaging, high-performing content that resonates with our audience.
  • Build and Engage Communities: Foster strong relationships with our online communities through comments, direct messages, and replies, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Track Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform content decisions and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with Editors and Writers: Work closely with editors and writers to ensure smooth execution and delivery of high-quality content.
Requirements:
  • Interest in Social Media and Pop Culture: A deep understanding of social media and pop culture is essential for this role.
  • Strong Writing Skills: Excellent writing skills are required for captions, carousels, and scripts, with proficiency in English and Tanglish a plus.
  • Creative and Proactive: The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Bonus Requirement: Experience with Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing tools is a bonus but not required.
