Brand Experience Designer

The Opportunity

This is a leadership role where you'll shape our brand's visual identity, tone, and engagement strategy. As our Brand Experience Designer & Visual Storyteller, you will craft the visual language including logos, typography, color systems, brand guidelines, and digital product UI/UX.

  • Develop Fluencity's visual identity and storytelling voice seen by thousands across platforms.
  • Lead creation of content for Instagram, Twitter including reels, carousels, infographics, case studies, and videos.
  • Plan and execute creative campaigns that boost brand resonance and community growth worldwide.
  • Use AI-powered tools to create and iterate faster.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to ensure brand consistency and purposeful storytelling.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize content for maximum engagement.
What We're Looking For
  • 2–4 years experience in brand design, digital marketing, or social media content creation (startup experience a plus).
  • Strong graphic design skills using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing.
  • Deep understanding of digital storytelling and creator economy aesthetics.
  • Experience with AI design and content generation tools to supercharge your creativity.
  • Portfolio showcasing branding, campaign materials, social content, and product design.
