Strategic Leadership Role in Wealth Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our wealth management practice, focusing on delivering holistic wealth solutions and shaping next-generation private banking experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the strategic direction of the wealth management business
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of relationship managers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals, family offices and other key stakeholders
- Develop and implement customized wealth solutions, including investment strategies and portfolio advisory services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, compliance, technology and external partners
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and risk management standards
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking or a related field
- Proven track record of leadership, team development and client relationship building
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
