Job Description

As a Programmatic Lead, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in our advertising platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve ad revenue and enhance the user experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing pricing strategies to maximize ad revenue
  • Leading automation projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with product and technology teams to launch new features and products
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred)
  2. At least 6 years of experience in ad tech or a similar role
  3. Expertise in ad tech platforms and tools
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing campaign performance
  5. Familiarity with web vitals and performance metrics
  6. Familiarity with ad revenue models and their impact on campaign strategies
