Job Title: Instructional Quality Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Quality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our online lessons for students from Grades 3-9. Your responsibilities will include observing online lessons, providing constructive feedback, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Observe and evaluate online lessons for Mathematics and Science (Grades 3-9) to ensure content accuracy and alignment with CBSE/ICSE curriculum standards.
  • Accurately maintain records of observations, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Provide detailed feedback to teachers and internal teams to foster continuous improvement in lesson quality and teaching effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align lesson plans with the curriculum and ensure effective implementation during lessons.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely completion of all tasks, from lesson preparation to post-lesson evaluations.
  • Maintain and update records, including observation reports, feedback forms, and coordination logs for internal review.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of English language for Grades 3-9, aligned with the CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
  • Prior experience in teaching, quality control, lesson planning, or educational coordination is highly desirable.
  • Ability to accurately observe and evaluate lessons with a keen eye for quality.
  • Strong ability to maintain accurate records and ensure timely task completion.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for providing feedback and collaborating with teams.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools for recording, organizing, and collaborating remotely.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks without supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A degree in Education or a related field.
  • Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.
  • Experience in-class observations and quality assurance processes.
