  • Optimize performance and accessibility across browsers and devices.">

Requirements:

  1. ">
  2. 3–6+ years experience in frontend development (React, TypeScript, modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind/Chakra).">
  3. Strong portfolio demonstrating design/UI skills — ability to take a concept and create polished, user-friendly interfaces.">
  4. Experience building landing pages and marketing sites (with A/B testing, SEO basics, analytics integration).">
  5. Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG).">
  6. Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).">
  7. Ability to collaborate with backend engineers, marketers, and founders in a fast-moving startup.">
