Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled content creator to join our team as a Social Media Content Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with product launches, industry trends, and key marketing moments.

As a Social Media Content Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of creative campaigns that capture attention, engage with our online community, and stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and social media formats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms.
  • Translate technical updates and product features into engaging content, including memes, infographics, carousels, reels, and more.
  • Partner with the design and content teams to roll out creative campaigns that capture attention.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar that aligns with product launches, industry trends, and key marketing moments.
  • Bring events to life on social media through pre-event hype, live coverage, and post-event storytelling.
  • Monitor performance metrics and share insights to drive growth.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital content roles, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • A flair for writing clear, witty, and engaging copy, especially when discussing complex topics.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing dynamics on multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • A strong visual eye, with experience using Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • A passion for storytelling, branding, and community building.
