Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Professional to join our team. As a key member of our data management group, you will be responsible for designing and executing complex data migrations to support the seamless onboarding of new clients into our platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in data migration, ETL/ELT processes, and database architecture to drive business growth and success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, manage, and optimize complex data migrations to ensure high-quality data transfer and minimal downtime.
  • Develop and maintain efficient ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to handle large datasets.
  • Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) to effectively manage data transformations.
  • Owning the end-to-end process, including data injection into production environments and supporting customer success teams.
  • Establish clear processes for data handling and document end-to-end pipeline management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in data migration, with a proven track record of transforming data to onboard customers into software solutions.
  • Strong skills in ETL/ELT process development and maintenance, including proficiency in dbt, AWS, and Redshift.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data migration issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
