We're seeking an exceptional Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build cutting-edge solutions that will shape the financial landscape of tomorrow.

Your primary responsibility will be to architect and develop platforms for our payments organization. You'll work closely with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps, build new services using Golang and Java, and design scalable systems to solve novel problems with modern cloud technology and industry best practices.

As a successful candidate, you'll have a proven track record of designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, as well as composing service-oriented architectures.

Key qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in architecting large-scale distributed systems
  • Strong technical skills for system design and coding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Rapid growth experience in a company (from startup to mid-size)
  • Experience with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum etc..)
  • Proficiency in Golang, Docker, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB or DynamoDB
