Project Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to join our team in a Project Leadership position. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of professionals on projects from concept design to handover.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with extensive experience in leading, managing, and mentoring project teams. You will be expected to provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve design and technical challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and guiding a team of architects/senior architects on projects from concept design to handover
  • Managing the design and delivery for a range of project types in various settings
  • Ensuring project alignment with client design goals and striving for excellence in design
  • Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to initiate and develop design concepts
  • Leading communication between project teams, clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Ensuring high-quality and timely product delivery to clients
  • Anticipating and resolving complex technical and design issues as they arise during projects

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred
  • Extensive portfolio of work, preferably in real estate and corporate campuses
  • Demonstrable experience in large projects
  • Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring project teams
  • Strong creative and visualization skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
