Job Title: Cybersecurity Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cybersecurity professional to provide strategic support and solve complex technical challenges related to Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical advice to customers, offering tailored solutions using MDM, RMM, and Patch Management tools.
  • Support customers through calls, emails, and chat—resolving technical queries and ensuring smooth customer experience.
  • Engage with clients to understand their IT infrastructure, device management needs, and security goals.
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues and collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to implement effective resolutions.
  • Communicate client architecture, integration capabilities, and feature set with confidence.
  • Escalate complex technical cases while maintaining clear communication with customers.
  • Deliver training to clients and internal teams; document technical issues to enrich our knowledge base.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive technologies in the cybersecurity space.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically with MDM, RMM, or Patch Management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, AirWatch, or JAMF.
  • Familiarity with tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.
  • Strong grasp of security protocols, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication skills—both technical and non-technical.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a collaborative team mindset.
  • Degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent.
Nice to Have:
  • Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
  • Exposure to cloud security and advanced network security concepts.
