About Boomlet

We are a dynamic organization seeking an enthusiastic HR Operations Trainee to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow in HR while assisting with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support internal communication, including drafting correspondence and announcements related to HR tasks.
  • Maintain and organize HR documentation, such as employee records.
  • Contribute to employee engagement efforts, including planning and organizing events, activities, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, tracking attendance, leaves, and other related records.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and support new hires during their onboarding process.
  • Provide overall administrative assistance to the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with proficiency in HR software being a plus.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
