Graphic Designer Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, including digital creatives, print materials, and packaging design.

About the Role:

  • Create visually appealing graphics for our website, social media channels, and Amazon A+ listings that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Develop comprehensive product catalogues and marketing brochures that effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to customers and stakeholders.
  • Design innovative and attractive label designs for our product packaging that stand out on retail shelves and online platforms, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all visual designs and marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Provide creative input and suggestions to improve existing marketing materials and brand presence.
  • Prepare and present design mock-ups and prototypes to internal teams and key stakeholders for review and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional design experience, preferably in the health, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, including digital creatives, print materials, and packaging design.
  • Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
