Job Title: Motion Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Motion Designer to join our team. As the first Motion hire, you will have the opportunity to architect a modern infrastructure from scratch.

Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging motion graphics for social campaigns, product launches, UI/product interactions, and brand films. You will work closely with the Creative, Product, and Marketing teams to translate strategy into dynamic, visually coherent campaigns.

  • Concept, design, and animate motion graphics for various platforms.
  • Create on-trend social assets that drive engagement and relevance.
  • Design and prototype motion for product UIs – micro-interactions, feature reveals, onboarding flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visually appealing campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of motion design experience, preferably within a creative agency or product-driven company.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both social motion content and brand/product storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with 3D tools is a plus.
