Research Fellow - Cognitive Systems at Woxsen University invites applications for a Researcher in Human-AI Integration.

This role will explore how artificial intelligence can augment human cognition, neuroplasticity, and learning, while ensuring effective applications across education and industry.

• Conduct original research on neuroplasticity, cognition, and AI augmentation to contribute to the advancement of cognitive systems.
• Design and execute experiments, cognitive models, and AI-driven learning systems to improve human-AI collaboration.
• Publish research papers in high-impact peer-reviewed journals and present at global conferences to disseminate findings.
• Collaborate with faculty members across psychology, AI, and education departments to leverage expertise and resources.
• Support international grant proposals and cross-institutional collaborations to foster innovation and growth.
• Mentor graduate and doctoral students in related research domains to cultivate the next generation of experts.

• A PhD (or nearing completion) in Cognitive Psychology, Neuroscience, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required.
• A strong publication record in recognized journals is essential.
• Experience with neurocognitive research tools and machine learning frameworks is necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to work on interdisciplinary research projects is crucial.
