The role of a Procurement Operations Manager is multifaceted, requiring expertise in procurement processes, experience with P2P tools, and ERP systems. This professional will be responsible for day-to-day procurement operations processes, including PR to PO conversion, fixed asset creation and capitalization, supplier re-certification, contract drafting, and system updates.
In this capacity, the successful candidate will collaborate with various cross-functional groups to drive issue resolution and process improvements. This individual will also redline legal clauses, handle customer issues, document processes, and analyze data to inform purchasing decisions.
Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree in any subject area, proficiency in English, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Soft skills required for success in this role include confidence, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
