Interior Stylist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Stylist to support our styling and sourcing projects across residential, hospitality, and real estate verticals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and interiors, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution
    • Assist senior stylists in conceptualizing and executing styling projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
    • Source and arrange furniture, décor, lighting, and accessories for residential, hospitality, and show-flat projects, working closely with vendors and logistics teams.
    • Prepare moodboards, styling mock-ups, and visual presentations for clients, utilizing presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Research and Development
    • Track global and local styling trends, materials, and finishes, identifying innovative ideas that can be adapted to Indian contexts.
    • Build and maintain an inspiration library for internal use, documenting research findings and recommending new sources.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending workshops and conferences to expand knowledge and expertise.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Assist in client-facing presentations and styling pitches, working closely with procurement and design teams to create styled boards for approvals.
    • Collaborate with photographers, content teams, and social media managers for styled shoots, ensuring cohesive branding and messaging.
    • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Styling, or related field, with relevant experience in the industry.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, with an eye for detail and storytelling through objects and spaces.
  • Basic knowledge of CAD/SketchUp and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva/Keynote), with proficiency in software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
