Job Title: Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Systems Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team as a UAV Systems Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, particularly in the design and development of unmanned aerial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and test small category professional drones (quad, hexa)
  • Licenced drone pilot with 100+ hours flight time
  • Building and flying FPV drones
  • Experience with aero-modelling
Desirable Skills
  • Technical and practical knowledge in swarm & stealth drones
  • PCB designing
  • Core electronics/electrical engineering
Additional Qualifications
  • CANSAT/CubeSAT design and development
  • Amateur rocketry (avionics or structures experience)
Teaching Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to students of varying technical backgrounds

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of UAV systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in UAV design and development
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, including mechanics, thermodynamics, and electromagnetism
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Python, and MATLAB
