**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Eye Care Professional to join our team. As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for dispensing and fitting accurate prescriptions, as well as performing refraction and diagnosis to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

">
  • Dispensing accurate prescriptions and fitting spectacles, contact lenses, and other optical aids
  • Performing refraction and diagnosis to meet customer needs
  • Providing advice to patients on lens types, frames, and styling; fit contact lenses and care; use of low vision aids, adjustments, and repairs to spectacles
  • Managing inventory of lenses and range of optical products and giving inputs on orders of the same
  • Providing regularly, necessary qualitative and quantitative reports to management on sales and stock as well as feedback on customers for their preferences etc. to facilitate decision making
  • Ensuring quality of eye measurements; regularly auditing fitments and dispensing techniques of Opticians and maintaining reports

Requirements:

  • Degree in Optometry (D. Optom / B Optom / M Optom)
  • Relevant experience in the field of Optometry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
