Job Title: Motion Graphic Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Motion Graphic Specialist with 7+ years of experience in motion design, video editing and digital content creation. This role is central to developing dynamic visuals that bring campaigns to life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create captivating motion graphics for campaigns and social media content.
  2. Edit and produce polished video content, including transitions, sound syncing and branded effects.
  3. Design 3D animations and product renders to support POS, activations and storytelling.
  4. Develop digital assets for social media, websites and email campaigns.
  5. Support integrated marketing campaigns with print-ready materials such as displays, menus and posters.
  6. Evaluate the quality of execution and ensure alignment with brand standards and marketing goals.
  7. Packaging and organizing project assets for publishing and production.
  8. Contribute to creative brainstorming and workflow enhancements.

Deliverables:

  • Motion graphics and video assets for major campaigns and product launches.
  • POS and in-store promotional visuals.
  • 3D renderings and activations.
  • Print-ready files for retail promotions.
  • Digital-first content published via platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing and animation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with 3D design and rendering (Cinema 4D or Blender).
  • Strong command of storytelling, typography and design principles.
  • Understanding of print design workflows and production standards.
  • Highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven and organized.
  • Strong collaboration and self-management skills across multiple projects.

  • Motion & Video: After Effects, Premiere Pro.
  • Design Support: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
  • 3D (advantage): Cinema 4D, Blender.
  • Project Management: Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Lists.
  • Storage & Publishing: LucidLink, OneDrive, SharePoint, Relayto.

Work Schedule: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM
