About this role

We are looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our team.

As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces in Figma, as well as producing high-quality marketing and brand assets.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life across digital marketing touchpoints, products, campaigns, and brand communications, ensuring consistency and high design standards at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create graphic design assets for digital and print, aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Develop illustrations, icons, and visual systems to support product and marketing needs.
  • Produce clean and elegant motion graphics or short videos for social or marketing use.
  • Design clean, engaging, and scalable UI designs for web and mobile (Figma).
  • Work closely with marketing, product managers, and developers to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure pixel-perfect execution in final outputs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a visual, graphic, or motion designer.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Portfolio demonstrating graphic design work, motion videos, and UI projects.
  • Strong grasp of branding and style guides with a sharp eye for typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing for digital, social media, and print platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Qualifications
  • Familiarity with AI design tools, prototyping tools, and design systems.
