We are looking for a skilled Encompass Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in managing and customizing the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls.
  • Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.

Encompass Configuration & Customization

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing the Encompass LOS to meet the needs of the business.

  • Configure user roles, security, and access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information.
  • Develop and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports to streamline business processes and improve productivity.

System Maintenance & Upgrades

The Encompass Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading the Encompass LOS to ensure optimal performance and compatibility with new technologies.

  • Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
  • Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.

Integration Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating the Encompass LOS with third-party systems and ensuring data integrity and security across platforms.

  • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
  • Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.

Compliance & Risk Management

The Encompass Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that the Encompass LOS aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum Requirements

 Minimum 5 years of Encompass Administrator experience (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

 Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations.

 Familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is a plus.

 ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.
