Job Title: MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary:
Softworld (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building complex, responsive web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React.js for the dashboard.
• Ensure the UI is optimized for desktop, supporting real-time data updates and sync with WhatsApp/ERP.
• Create and maintain APIs using Node.js to handle data flow between the WhatsApp Business API, ERP, and the dashboard.
• Manage server-side processes to handle customer data, order details, and chat logs.
• Design and manage the database using MongoDB, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of customer, product, and order data.
• Work with third-party APIs to integrate WhatsApp Business API for customer communication and order processing.
• Collaborate on integrating the ERP to sync data for order creation and tracking.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and collaborate with team members to deliver features on time.
• Provide technical insights and suggestions for improvements.

Requirements:
• MERN Stack Expertise: 2+ years of experience building complex, responsive web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• API Integration Experience: Experience integrating third-party APIs, particularly messaging or ERP systems.
• Version Control & Agile Development: Proficient with Git for source code management and experience working in Agile environments.
• Testing & Debugging: Experience with testing frameworks for both front-end and back-end testing and strong debugging skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Real-time Data Experience: Familiarity with real-time data applications (e.g., WebSockets).
• Chat Functionality Development: Experience building or integrating chat functionalities.
• ERP Systems Knowledge: Understanding of ERP systems and inventory/order management processes.

Requirements and Skills:
• Proven SEO experience.
• Link building Expertise.
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Universal Analytics and G4).
• In-depth knowledge of Google and Bing Search Console.
• Knowledge of Link building tools (Semrush, Ahref etc.).
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments in content.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SMO.
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel and Report or Presentation creation.
• Graduation degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.
