Electrical Instrumentation and Maintenance Expert

Are you an accomplished electrical engineer seeking a challenging role where your skills in instrumentation management will be utilized to their fullest potential?

This position entails overseeing the maintenance of instruments and electrical equipment, guaranteeing that all procedures are carried out efficiently and safely.

  • Duties will include coordinating with regional teams on implementing best practices for preventive maintenance and digitalization initiatives.
  • Experience in Rockwell Automation PLC System, SAP, and SAP Plant Maintenance module is highly valued.
  • The chosen candidate will oversee the timely calibration of field instruments, as well as address breakdowns and emergency repair jobs.
  • Leading a team, guiding subordinates to repair equipment and ensure proper operation during maintenance and calibration processes.
  • Planning, scheduling, and carrying out shut-down maintenance tasks, analyzing breakdowns, preparing CAPA reports, and diagnosing root causes.
  • Liaising with external vendors and departments while sustaining teamwork and maintaining records such as Equipment History Cards and Reports to Management.
  • EHS legal and Evonik requirements must be met by ensuring safe maintenance adherence to EHS policy, Life Saving Rules, and Work Permit.
  • Maintaining documentation, communicating with authorities, and complying with legal regulations.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • B.E. / B.Tech. – Instrumentation or Electronics & Communication with 10-12 years of experience in plant maintenance.
  • A certification course on Radiation Safety Aspects of Nucleonic Gauges would be advantageous.
  • An active registration on ELORA AERB Website for Radiation Professionals is beneficial.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi languages.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
  • PLC programming knowledge is required.
