Job Title : Lead iOS Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior iOS Developer with 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance iOS applications.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Lead the development and maintenance of advanced iOS applications written in Swift/Objective-C.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to define, design, and launch new features.
  3. Architect efficient, reusable, and reliable code, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  4. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across a variety of devices and iOS versions.
  5. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and ensuring code quality through regular code reviews.
  6. Implement robust unit tests and other testing strategies to guarantee the stability of features.
  7. Continuously evaluate new technologies, libraries, and development frameworks, and recommend improvements to existing processes to increase productivity.
  8. Ensure compliance with Apple's guidelines and provide solutions to streamline the app review process.
  9. Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, and deployment.
  10. Act as a technical lead in large-scale projects, driving innovation and ensuring high-quality delivery on time.

Required Qualifications :

  1. 6-10 years of experience in iOS development with a strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store.
  2. Expertise in Swift and Objective-C with deep knowledge of iOS SDKs, frameworks, and development tools.
  3. Proven track record of architecting and developing complex iOS applications.
  4. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend services integration.
  5. Strong understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and mobile UI/UX best practices.
  6. Experience with third-party libraries, SDKs, and frameworks such as Alamofire, RxSwift, etc.
  7. Proficient with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  8. Extensive experience with performance optimization, memory management, and multithreading on iOS.
  9. Demonstrated ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
  10. Knowledge of automated testing suites, UI testing, and test-driven development.
  11. Familiarity with cloud messaging services (e.g., Firebase) and push notification systems.
  12. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  13. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Preferred Qualifications :

  1. Experience with iOS development tools like Xcode, Instruments, and TestFlight.
  2. Familiarity with the latest iOS updates, including SwiftUI and Combine.
  3. Experience in integrating machine learning models, AR/VR features, or IoT within mobile apps.
  4. Exposure to designing scalable systems and improving mobile application architectures.
