Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our organization. This is a long-term contract position with one of the largest global technology leaders.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in SQL programming, with a strong understanding of data analysis and formulation of queries to transform and extract data.

  • Develop and implement complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract and manipulate data for specified objectives.
  • Design, develop, stabilize, and enhance SQL programs end-to-end.
  • Create and update data model designs and/or stored procedures.
  • Collaborate with teammates to lead and participate in technical and operations reviews to share knowledge and learn from each other.
  • Maintain documentation using Jira and Confluence.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
  • Ability to understand the nature of data and formulate extraction methodologies based on specified objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle and address complexity under pressure.
  • Possess a self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude and proactively seeks feedback.
  • Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools (for comparative insight).
