Job Opportunity

As a senior system administrator, you will be responsible for providing professional IT support to customers with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and administer IT infrastructure of clients.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot Windows server problems.
  • Administer and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers.
  • Oversee Hyper-V, VMware, Azure, and AWS environments.
  • Administrate NAS and SAN Storage systems.
  • Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Wintel and networking.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with server and network administration and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of server roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Hyper-V and VMware.
  • Advanced knowledge of firewalls, switching, and routing.
  • Understanding of backups and storage.
  • Hands-on experience with Wintel networking.
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools.
  • Experience with data center operations is beneficial.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Education: Graduate degree in any stream, preferably in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in end-user technical support.
