You will work on a SaaS product trusted by thousands of restaurants, lead deployments, onboarding, and customer training, engage directly with customers to drive satisfaction and success, collaborate with a fast-paced, innovative team, and grow your career in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our software products and services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust-based relationships
  • Understand each client's business requirements and configure their account accordingly
  • Lead onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup
  • Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff
  • Share best practices to help restaurants maximize the value of our product
  • Provide remote and on-site support, ensuring high availability for your portfolio of customers
  • Take ownership of user issues, track tickets, collaborate with engineering, and report on root causes
  • Escalate critical issues promptly while coordinating with internal teams for resolution
  • Communicate with users in clear, friendly, and professional language
  • Proactively engage with clients to anticipate needs and offer solutions
  • Delight customers and turn them into brand ambassadors for our company
You Are A Strong Fit If:
  • You have 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains
  • You have strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language
  • You can train and educate end users across different roles
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure
  • You are highly available and willing to travel locally within the assigned metro city for client visits
  • You have passion for technology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences
