Job Title: Business Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Director to oversee sales, drive key metrics, support business partners, develop teams, ensure business quality, manage costs, recruit top talent, align business plans, and collaborate for business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional engagement levels consistently with distributors, business partners, and their financial consultants to achieve higher engagement and productivity.
• Ensure service resolution within Time And Target (TAT) and achieve business objectives, including driving Business Sales Key Performance Indicators pertaining to Fiscal Year Workload Requirements for individual business.
• Develop and enable front-line sales to recruit and develop a successful team under them with a diversified base of business partners.
• Cascade, align, and review the business plans periodically and ensure effective implementation of the same.
• SUPPORT Career Front Line Sales cohort to identify and recruit top financial consultants from the market to expand their distribution team and improve overall productivity.
• Build one's own team through referrals and ensure 100% manning overall for the month.

Requirements:

• Total 6 years plus sales experience, out of which minimum 2 years of team management experience is essential.
• BFSI industry experience will be preferred.
