As a Full Stack Developer at Oeson, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in developing robust and efficient web applications. A strong proficiency in React.js for building dynamic front-end components, in-depth knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for back-end API development, and hands-on experience with MongoDB for database design and optimization are essential requirements.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, collaborating with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to create seamless and user-friendly web applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack
  • Writing clean, modular, and well-documented code while following best practices
  • Collaborating with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to create seamless and user-friendly web applications
  • Optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and performance
  • Ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and troubleshooting issues during development
  • Conducting unit testing and integration testing to ensure application quality
  • Participating in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in developing web applications using the MERN stack
  • Strong proficiency in React.js for building dynamic front-end components
  • In-depth knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for back-end API development
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB for database design and optimization
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel)
  • Knowledge of RESTful API integration and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Experience in using state management libraries like Redux or Context API
  • BASIC understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
