About the Opportunity

Setu's innovative team is looking for a talented Visual Design & Motion Graphics Specialist to bring compelling visual stories to life through expert design, animation, and video creation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging static graphics, animated videos, GIFs, and product explainers that captivate audiences
  • Edit videos and craft sharp, compelling visual storytelling experiences
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate design and motion workflows, enhancing efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate closely with marketing professionals on strategic campaigns, branding, and storytelling initiatives
  • Contribute meaningfully to large-scale brand projects, from rebranding exercises to developing new product identities
  • Take initiative to conceptualize and drive design-led projects, rather than just executing assets
  • Pursue innovative formats and design ideas that push how fintech brands showcase themselves in the market

You'll Thrive in This Role If:

  • You possess hands-on skills and a solid grasp of design fundamentals (typography, layout, color)
  • You're passionate about animation, motion graphics, and video editing, with a desire to continually develop your expertise
  • You experiment with AI design tools, such as Runway, Pika, Mid Journey, and Figma plugins, to stay ahead in the field
  • You demonstrate high intent and ownership, willing to take ideas from concept to final output with dedication and perseverance
