Network Deployment Specialist

Job Title

Senior Field Engineer with expertise in network deployment, operations, and maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring the readiness of network elements, analyzing and addressing network availability gaps, conducting drive tests and quality audits, and leading a team to achieve desired productivity levels.

• Maintain network uptime by ensuring the readiness of network elements.
• Analyze and address network availability gaps to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct drive tests, analyze results, and create action plans for improvement.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites and monitor key network performance indicators.
• Lead and supervise field engineers to achieve desired productivity levels.
• Closure of network element alarms through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with maintenance points and field repair technicians to maintain network up-time.
• Validate and ensure timely closure of open actions against trouble tickets from the Network Operations Center.
