Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

The role involves key responsibilities such as:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, management information system (MIS) reports, and dashboards.
  • Building financial models and conducting ratio analysis to support strategic decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Preparing detailed project reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Managing direct tax, goods and services tax (GST), and tax deduction at source (TDS) compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinating with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Assisting in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Providing insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Master's in Commerce (MCom) or Bachelor's in Commerce (BCom) qualification.
  • Three to five years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
